A
key element to our companys success in managing the transportation
and supply chain processes for our customers has been our Customer
Management Center. The Center, based in our Pleasanton office, is
open for business 24/7 and provides our customers a single point
of contact for all transportation and supply chain management issues.
While
the Center is staffed with over 25 supply chain personnel, all customers
are assigned a specific account coordinator who will manage the
overall process of moving goods and material in conjunction with
our customers requirements. As back up, all employees are
cross-trained in at least one other operation to insure back up
at all times. By using this methodology we provide our clients with
experienced resources without the burden of additional internal
overhead.
